<![CDATA[enable to upload the sounding graphs]]>Hello,

til a few weeks no pb to consult the sounding graphs. But since recently impossible to have access to the sounding graphs. Why? Where is the pb?

Can you make something to restablish the situation as before?

However I just tried with Safari Version 13.1.1 (15609.2.9.1.2) and it works well on my side.

I am surprised. I also used Mac OSX and an iPad. On both devices, I can use "Better sounding". Be sure that :
1- You go to the setting menu to load the plug-in
2- Once loaded, you have to open it. Every time you want to use "better sounding", you have to go the settings, plugin menu and re-open it, it doesn't stay open forever
3- Go to the map, chose your location with the picker, open it (righ click) and select "better sounding" which should appear at the bottom of the list!

my McBook pro works with Mc Sierra version 10.12.6.
And I obviosly use Safari to travel on the net.
So I don't understand why I can't activate the function "better sounding" for several weeks...

To see a sounding forecast with "Better Soundings" you need to right click on the map and select the bottom most "better sounding" item from the menu.

The "Open" button in the plugin left pane should still work though. What are your OS and browser ?

Thanks for your answer... But my question concerns the function "Better sounding" .... after activating windy Pluging at the left up corner. I select "sounding" and click the bottom "open" and..... it works indefinitly without openning the "better sounding graph" on the map.... what's the reason?

Hi,
For me the Sounding forecast graph works very well, both on the Windy website and on the phone app. Where do you get the problem, on website, with which browser? Or on the phone app, iOS or Android? ....

By the way, this morning the 0°C isotherm is at the altitude of Mont Blanc, due to warm air at this level.
