      I want to upgrade to premium .. but i don’t know why my card is declined

        Hello @ASSIDAH-0 thank you for supporting us!
        The problem could be on your bank's side, maybe the payment portal doesn't accept cards from the bank you are using. I would recommend paying via PayPal or app store (Windy Premium will be available on both, desktop and app version once you purchase it).

          Hi,

          I tried to pay via Paypal. But then, I am asked for a NEW bank or credit card. Why can't I use my existing Paypal account. It is working fine - but you don't accept it. Why?
