      Hi,
      I have purchase the premium for one month to test. I made the payment with PayPal and I received a confirmation from PayPal that the payment is succesfull, but I haven't receive any confirmation from Windy.com and the premium is not activated on my account. Is there something else I need to do?

        Hello @pfrankefort, thank you for your support! If you can't see Premium features, follow steps in this manual and you will access Windy Premium on all platforms.

          Hi @petra-pik ,

          Thank you for your reply. It is not working. When I am logged in, I go to menu and then to windy premium. I receive a pop u with « Thank you for subscribing ! » with again a button Login.
          I click on the login button and I have to login again. Once I log in he says « you have successfully logged in ». And then I can start over like a loop.

              Hi @petra-pik ,

              I am adding the purchase document I received from Apple, but I am seeing your name is not on it. As I haven't received anything from you I can send you only this. But, but you will probably recognise the amount and I am sure you will see my name in your bank account as well were you can make a match.
              Would be good if we can solve this asap as I will need it soon.

                @pfrankefort Please, try to log out and in again and then restore the purchase. If it doesn't work, let me know!

                    Still the same. I have logged out, close the application, start the application and still the same.

                      @pfrankefort @poldi12 we found out what the problem is and working on it. At this moment you have to uninstall and install the application again, then log in and restore purchase and it should work. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
