        @ropeshansky

In Settings you can find the default color scale for Clouds.

But I prefer to use another color scale

            Hi,
Here are the settings I use for Clouds.
The grey hue for 30% cloud cover of the default Windy color scale is replaced by a shaded white.
The increased number of code lines gives more details to cloudiness.

To apply these settings it is easier to paste directly the code:
            In Menu, go to Settings
Scroll down and choose Customize color scale
            Select overlay: Clouds
At bottom of page find the line Import/export
Click on [view code] to open a window pop up
Delete the text code in this window
Select and copy all lines of code here below and paste them in the window
            Press [Import Gradient]
            Press Save
            [[0,[208,156,104,0]],
            [4,[208,156,104,256]],
            [8,[208,156,104,256]],
            [12,[208,156,104,256]],
            [16,[208,156,104,256]],
            [20,[208,160,112,256]],
            [24,[208,164,120,256]],
            [28,[208,168,128,256]],
            [32,[208,172,136,256]],
            [36,[208,176,144,256]],
            [40,[208,180,152,256]],
            [44,[208,184,160,256]],
            [48,[208,188,168,256]],
            [52,[208,192,176,256]],
            [56,[208,196,184,256]],
            [60,[208,200,192,256]],
            [64,[208,204,200,256]],
            [68,[208,208,208,256]],
            [72,[208.8,212,212,256]],
            [76,[209.6,216,216,256]],
            [80,[210.4,220,220,256]],
            [84,[211.2,224,224,256]],
            [88,[212,228,228,256]],
            [92,[212.8,232,232,256]],
            [96,[213.6,236,236,256]],
            [100,[214.4,240,240,0]]]

If you like these colors, keep them. If you don’t like, you can come back to the default Windy settings at any time by pressing Load defaults

One comment : the scale of the clouds map is "mm of rain" and not the percentage as it is the case for the other maps for the cloud (high cloud, middle or low, where the scale is not the rain). If I need to see the rain, I can select the right map so I am wondering why on this specific clouds map, percentage has been replaced by mm of rain,...?

In fact the Cloud map show both clouds and rain. Rain is displayed as colour dots. It is quite useful to have them shown together. As you say it would be probably better to have the cloud % scale instead the rain scale on this map. So for cloudiness you need to use the weather picker to know the cloud cover in % or the scale in Settings.
