Unable to use Windy Premium on my laptop

I have purchased I have purchased a windy premium subscription but I can only use it on my mobile phone. When I try to use it on my laptop I get a message to restore the purchase..I have no receipt that I am aware of to serve as proof of the purchase. What can I do? Thanks
