Wind leaping in shorter interval and repeating like Radar Satellite window

Hi ,

1. Is it possible to have the Wind window leaping like the Radar Satellite window.

2. Would it be possible to customize the timeframe to shorter period, like the next 24H ?

3. And would it be possible to combined actuals with forecast , e.g. customizing the period to be [-6H;+24H]?
