No activation for bought product.
I bought a lifetime subscription.
I have had nothing from Windy to confirm this. Though the money has been taken and google confirmed the transaction.
When I try to access premium on either a Web browser or the Android app. I get a screen telling me to buy premium.
And, yes I am signed in.
There should at least be customer support for accounts btw....not very professional not to have that.
Just seen you are all running this from your bedrooms.

I don't have a code to enable me to re-activate Windy... just a google play code.

Hi @Kevin_000, we don't have any lifetime subscription, you might be referring to a different app with a similar name.
If you can't access your Premium features, follow this manual:

I was in discussion with FastSpring, but they have gone quiet. The registration is under a different email address which I can't publish here for obvious reasons. I have pm'ed you the email address. I hope that's OK.
