How do I cancel subscription?

Hi, I was charged for premium membership on Friday that I don’t want. I have cancelled through App Store and requested a refund by email to windy@windyapp.co - please can you confirm that I will be refunded in full?

@Thom69 Hi, I see your Premium was already canceled, so it ends with the end of prepaid period. Specifically, you cancelled the auto-renewal on November 6, 2024.

Hi, I have cancelled my subscription within 14 days of purchase from Apple Store, would I get a full refund please? I was recommended to use this app to monitor tidal times while having holiday in Maldives, but didn’t realize that I was subscribed to the pro plan and it took effect 2 days before the end of my holiday…Although it is a very useful app, I don’t really need all those information for my normal daily lives. So a full refund would be much appreciated thanks very much!

@ZHAOYING-XU We are sorry, but we are not able to refund the purchase, made on AppStore, since Apple doesn’t allow us to manage any purchases made on their platform. You need to request the refund on your own, directly from them as the provider of the purchase process.

i cancelled the day i did it as it did not give me the information I needed. I had the 14 day trail period which i was billed for. how do i get a refund as well as make sure this is cancelled. I do not want to do this every month. Nothing shows up under subscriptions

I was billed by Windy two days ago, but I don't remember purchasing anything. It is listed in my Google Play history for billing, but not as a subscription, so I cannot cancel it. How to cancel it?
I like a lot the app, but currently don't use that much for a subscription... I tried to login on web, it says I'm premium, but there's no option to cancel it.

@Henrik-Sandström Do you talk about Windy.app PRO subscription or Windy.com Premium subscription? We are Windy.com with the Premium and red logo and we have nothing to do with the .app app.

Hi,
I would like to cancel my premium subscription. I purchased it a few days ago, but unfortunately the app doesn't quite meet my expectations.
My location is not consistently visible on the map, the screen turns off while playing the forecast, and the search function suggests everything except what I’m actually looking for.
Overall, I rushed into the purchase a bit.

@Przemysław-Kaliś Hello, we are very sorry for not fast discovery of features you need and want - you can actually add your location to favorites (search or click on city and place you like and hit heart button next to it + pin to homepage). This way you will make it visible all the time in home screen in the form of a widget.
Or you can use mobile widget with our mobile app directly in your home and lock screen.
Last but not least, you can also set the overlay, place, zoom, 1 or 3h forecast as you want in the settings of the app - next time you will open the app your last layer with city and zoom will be there - just right where you need it. :)I have prepared screenshot
