It seems you are not Premium member so you don’t need to cancel your subscription in Windy.com.
Or do you talk about another app with a blue logo ?

@wmg031465 If you want to cancel your subscription, purchased via AppStore or Google Play, you have to handle that on your own in these stores. If you purchase subscription in browser via Fastspring, you can access your subscription management here on this link.

I went to fastlink. It did not send a email. Maybe I did not use it. I DON'T REMEMBER.
CAN YOU NOT JUST CANCEL ON THE PHONE OR EMAIL? I HAVE NEVER SCENE A CANCEL POLICY LIKE THIS.

Hi @wmg031465, I would like to help you with the cancellation, but the problem is that you are contacting us from the free account and the email you sent to us can't be found anywhere on platforms, we use for the subscription management. I need something (email address, invoice, email message,...) related to that purchase, so I can find it and help you with cancellation.

@Thom69 Hi, I see your Premium was already canceled, so it ends with the end of prepaid period. Specifically, you cancelled the auto-renewal on November 6, 2024.

Hi, I have cancelled my subscription within 14 days of purchase from Apple Store, would I get a full refund please? I was recommended to use this app to monitor tidal times while having holiday in Maldives, but didn’t realize that I was subscribed to the pro plan and it took effect 2 days before the end of my holiday…Although it is a very useful app, I don’t really need all those information for my normal daily lives. So a full refund would be much appreciated thanks very much!

@ZHAOYING-XU We are sorry, but we are not able to refund the purchase, made on AppStore, since Apple doesn’t allow us to manage any purchases made on their platform. You need to request the refund on your own, directly from them as the provider of the purchase process.

i cancelled the day i did it as it did not give me the information I needed. I had the 14 day trail period which i was billed for. how do i get a refund as well as make sure this is cancelled. I do not want to do this every month. Nothing shows up under subscriptions
