      Hi @wmg031465, I would like to help you with the cancellation, but the problem is that you are contacting us from the free account and the email you sent to us can't be found anywhere on platforms, we use for the subscription management. I need something (email address, invoice, email message,...) related to that purchase, so I can find it and help you with cancellation.

                  Hi, I was charged for premium membership on Friday that I don’t want. I have cancelled through App Store and requested a refund by email to windy@windyapp.co - please can you confirm that I will be refunded in full?

                      There is no possibility to cancel online! Why?
                      Also there is no possiblity to change or remove the Credit card supscription! Why?
                      The link to cancel my account doesn't work. Why?
                      I have never seen such customer-unfriendly behavior!
                      Please cancel my subscription!

                        @Thom69 Hi, I see your Premium was already canceled, so it ends with the end of prepaid period. Specifically, you cancelled the auto-renewal on November 6, 2024.

                          Hi, I have cancelled my subscription within 14 days of purchase from Apple Store, would I get a full refund please? I was recommended to use this app to monitor tidal times while having holiday in Maldives, but didn’t realize that I was subscribed to the pro plan and it took effect 2 days before the end of my holiday…Although it is a very useful app, I don’t really need all those information for my normal daily lives. So a full refund would be much appreciated thanks very much!

                              @ZHAOYING-XU We are sorry, but we are not able to refund the purchase, made on AppStore, since Apple doesn’t allow us to manage any purchases made on their platform. You need to request the refund on your own, directly from them as the provider of the purchase process.

                                  Onfastspring funktionierte leider nicht, im Google Playstore ist nichts zu finden und per Paypal auch nicht. Und ich bin ganz sicher beim richtigen Anbieter.

                                  Wie kann ich verhindern dass mein Abonnement im Juni weitergeht?

                                    i cancelled the day i did it as it did not give me the information I needed. I had the 14 day trail period which i was billed for. how do i get a refund as well as make sure this is cancelled. I do not want to do this every month. Nothing shows up under subscriptions

                                        I was billed by Windy two days ago, but I don't remember purchasing anything. It is listed in my Google Play history for billing, but not as a subscription, so I cannot cancel it. How to cancel it?
                                        I like a lot the app, but currently don't use that much for a subscription... I tried to login on web, it says I'm premium, but there's no option to cancel it.
                                        Please help.
