To cancel your subscription, you have to do that on the platform you purchased it (Google Play section Subscriptions on Android, for iOS, go to Settings > Account > Subscriptions, or if you are subscribed via desktop, type in your email here and you will receive an email with a link to FastSpring where you can manage it https://windy.onfastspring.com/account).

I'm cancelling premium because I can't see the wind symbols if the satellite view is on and you won't allow me to see grib symbols with arrows and feathers.

Hello, if I cancel within 14 days do I get a full refund?
Premium give me nothing literally. 1h forecast is very often more misleading that 3h one.

@Ondřej-Šutera A bit too soon, I just subscribed it yesterday and wanted to give it a go. My question was if I cancel, not please cancel it for me.

@Ondřej-Šutera to be honest now I see some difference, as on regular account the forecast refresh only twice a day and it's even less accurate.
I want to try it further, but rest assured that if I don't like it I can still cancel it with full refund within 14 days.
Could you please revert you action and bring my subscription back?

It seems you are not Premium member so you don’t need to cancel your subscription in Windy.com.
Or do you talk about another app with a blue logo ?
Could you clarify which mobile app do you mean ? -
@wmg031465 If you want to cancel your subscription, purchased via AppStore or Google Play, you have to handle that on your own in these stores. If you purchase subscription in browser via Fastspring, you can access your subscription management here on this link.

CAN YOU NOT JUST CANCEL ON THE PHONE OR EMAIL? I HAVE NEVER SCENE A CANCEL POLICY LIKE THIS.

Hi @wmg031465, I would like to help you with the cancellation, but the problem is that you are contacting us from the free account and the email you sent to us can't be found anywhere on platforms, we use for the subscription management. I need something (email address, invoice, email message,...) related to that purchase, so I can find it and help you with cancellation.
