Historic Data
-
Dear Sirs,
We have been following windy.com for one our locations and found the data to be more accurate and perfectly predicted for the location.
We would like to access the data of that past two years of that location - we are ready to pay for that. Please guide us on the procedure.

Hello @kameshmanda, we don't store any historical data, therefore I'm not able to help you.

@petra-pik - Thank you Ms for your prompt response. we have been using your data on one of our project location for movement of barges & it was very useful. however, we did not save it. And, now, we need it to prove our case. Please guide us with some solution for the past data.

@kameshmanda, I would really like to help you, but as mentioned above, we don't store even for our own purposes so I'm not able to share it with you.

@petra-pik - Thank you Ms. you may please guide us for any agency / company / persons known to you, who are storing / archiving windy.com data and can share with us for the past 2 years. We will buy from them directly.
I am very sorry for bothering you.

@kameshmanda you can contact forecast centers which. ECMWF is global and you can find them here – ECMWF https://www.ecmwf.int
If you choose location you are interested in and click on 'Compare', you will see companies which provide these data for us for your location. Just click on their logo and you will be redirected to their website.

@petra-pik Thank you, we will contact them.

If there is a weather station nearby, data can be retrieved from infoclimate.fr (this link shows the recorded data for Vienna).
For GFS data there is an archive on http://rda.ucar.edu/data/ds084.1. You can register there for free, but you have to write a program to extract the data from the grib files.
