Having same problem on my iMac. Was working in Safari, then it quit. I tried Chrome, and it worked for the first few clicks when I logged in, then quit. The Sound on/off selection doesn't seem to do anything. Yes, of course, I have my volume turned all the way up.

It's the software somehow.
