when standing Low clouds, wind stands at surface NOT at 700 hPa.<br />

It may help you if you consider the Humidity layer and wind at 700hPa. Where relative humidity is close to 100% you may expect cloudy conditions and with this layer you can add wind and geopotential heights at same level (with Dew point layer also).</p>

No, in general with Windy, you cannot combine different maps, except pressure, geopotential, temperature and isotherm that can be display on any other maps.</p>
