<![CDATA[Tropical Storm Higos made a landfall in Macau, China]]>Tropical Storm Higos, located near 22.18N 113.0E, has made landfall in west Macau in southern China. Higos is moving toward the west-northwest near 18,5 km/h (10 knots). Maximum sustained winds are near 74 km/h (40 knots).

TS Higos will continue to weaken as it moves inland. The system is still expected to produce significant amounts of rainfall.
