It doesnt have forecast, slider doesnt go into the future

A weather radar can NEVER provide predictive images.
Weather website or App showing so called « future radar » show an extrapolation of the last radar image applied moving in the same direction during the next hour. If a new rain zone appears during this time you will not see it. This not radar but just an avatar of radar. -

dBZ is a unit used with weather radar. This is indeed a bit particular but the interest is that it gives you an idea about the type of precipitation, so not only water and mm of rain. For instance a value >60 indicates a high risk of hail
