<![CDATA[Plugins]]>On pc and wife’s iPad after selecting hamburger menu the Plug ins option is available yet on my iPad this option does not show up in the menu (it used to);how can I resolve this .

Plugins have been removed from all mobile applications for a security reason. So as @idefix37 wrote, you have to use Chrome.

So I know it did work and still works on wife’s iPad today ,just not mine . Any ideas ?

Plugins are not available on iPad, in iOS app. However you can get them on mobile internet via a browser, but you need to download another one than Safari. For instance Chrome and use this URL that you can bookmark on Chrome:
