Recommend a Webcam?

I am planning to place a couple of outdoor webcams at the Rockfish Gliderport in Nellysford, Virginia, so that our glider club members can view the clouds on the mountains, observe the weather and watch the glider operations. I have a 100mbs fiber internet modem. I’d prefer weatherproof, high resolution, wireless and perhaps solar powered. Not sure whether to get FTP or URL. Can anyone make a recommendation of a good make and model? Thanks!
