TAF decode bug month transition

Hello,
I noticed a bug in the TAF decode when there is a transition between last day of a month to the first day of the next month. The system write the day name of the first day of the month that finish instead of the first day of the new month to come.
For example, now in TAF of 31.08, today is Monday and TAF decode write that tomorrow is Saturday instead of Tuesday, which is the 01.09. actually Saturday was on the 01.08, so it's looks like a bug that the system fetch the name of the day according to the old month calendar and takes the Saturday that was on 01.08
