    You compare the observed temperature 48/58 minutes ago with the forecast temperature for the next 3 hours. The temperature changes are very quick in the morning with anticyclonic conditions (1025hPa) and without cloudiness. This can explain the discrepancy. You should use the ‘observation vs forecast’ feature to see which is the best model for your location. Unfortunately then you cannot choose another model than ECMWF in the widget.

    Concerning the radar coverage, there is no longer problem?

    Thanks for this detailed response about the temperature variation. I'll try what you suggest! About the radar coverage, it still seems to block out my area.     ... and again today. Snowing steadily here in Winnipeg right now, but your radar ignores this area. Accuweather's radar shows it though. Is this something I'm doing wrong in my settings??     @idefix37 @Korina @petra-pik So this has been three months now without any explanation or fix. Your banner says "premium subscribers will get premium technical support" and my monthly subscription is up for renewal soon - does that mean I'll now also get removed off your "to do list"? Why is this taking so long? I really want to stay optimistic that you'll actually do something about this issue because I do think your site/app is otherwise quite good.


  • Hello @TeeFrix, as my colleague mentioned above, it is on our to-do list. We are a small team and right now we are focused on the tasks that have a higher priority and bugs that are more severe.

    Feedbacks from non-Premium users are not ignored. Premium users get more attention because thanks to them we will be able to pay our bills and continue developing Windy.

    @petra-pik OK, well, I'll keep up the subscription then with hopes that this gets resolved sooner than later. In the meantime, it's hard to recommend Windy to people when it's precipitating heavily and the app shows clear skies. I'm rooting for you though! Windy is my replacement for what WeatherUnderground used to be, but even better!
