Strange radar anomaly over mexico

Hello everyone,
I want to share this anomaly I came across and checked for myself on the windy.com website. It is accurate.

This is the location:

This anomaly has been confirmed to exist on another competitor radar / weather app which I will not share a direct link to: until I know it is allowed. I will share a screenshot;
