Wind direction not visible (basic)

With the latest version of Windy for Android, the wind direction isn't visible. A menu bar across the bottom of the phone hides this. This is very frustrating and an obstacle to using Windy.

I too have this problem and it is a bit annoying when looking at the forecast. I'm trying to post a screenshot. Hope this works. alt text

@Brad-SA @Stubee If you mean particles animation, go to Menu, scroll down and tick 'Particles animation'

Hi Petra, here is the screenshot posted by @Stubee. You see that the line of Wind direction is missing below the line of Gusts in Basic meteogram.

@Stubee This is a bug we already know about and working on. I hope that not having time displayed in UTC doesn't cause you any troubles. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Still can't get wind direction on water. Sailing Mallaca Straight and no visible arrows on the ocean. I switched off the UTC no change This happened after upgrading to flawed Premium

In the menu of the mobile app, you probably have Particles animation turned off. You just need to turn it ON as shown in a post here above. One of those from Sept. 07, 2020.
Why is Premium flawed ?
