Why didn't I get any alert email notification

I set up wind and wave alert with quite low criteria. However, I've never received any notification ever since. And it's been almost half year. Why is that?

Alert conditions work as 'condition 1' AND 'condition 2', not OR. So in order for you to receive an alert, both of these conditions would be occurring at once.
You have to set up an alert for Wind and Waves separately.
