Satellite 'blend' mode

Hi Windy team,

I'd like to suggest adding a toggle switch to turn off/on the blending animation for satellite view.

I looks smooth and fantastic with the blending mode on BUT while comparing it to another satellite animation website, I can see images being missed/lost because of the blending mode.

Go to Menu > Settings > Smooth satellite animation
