Alerts have not disappeared.<br />
If Android is similar to iOS, click your profile photo to see your alerts.<br />
To set a new alert, short press on screen to show the weather picker, drag the map under the picker and press the amber arrow to get the Meteogram table. At right end of this table click Alert for this spot</p>
