Can not download offline maps

Hi can you help me ?

I have Samsung A7 running Android 10, kernel 4.4.177-18671722. 2.3gb of free memory.

When I initially down loaded Windy Maps in June 20 all was fine and the off line maps downloaded fine. Now I am unable to download any off line maps. I am only trying to download the East of England mapping not the whole of the UK.

I have tried with either wifi only or 4G only but no difference.
I always get the error "Error communicating with the server" Picture attached.

Please advise how I can overcome this issue and continue to use Windy maps.

@n1tr0sm1th Hello, thank you for reporting this. I just tried to download maps on Android and there was no issue. Would you please try to reinstall the app, possibly also check if you have all the updates? Thank you!
