Hi @erlendmc, we changed the way notifications work due to preparations to switch from email notifications to push notifications you will receive on your phone.

It is possible that your alert got lost in the process for which we are very sorry. You will have to set this alert again.

You can post here a screenshot of your notification and I will check it :)
