Toggle the visibility = show or hide Windy, typically by using Leaflet's L.control.layers method, revealing (or not) the underlying base map .

What do you mean with ‘toggle the visibility’?
How to select the Visibility map? You find it in Other layers...
Or how to change the visibility distance units? That must be done on desktop:
