I bought the 1 year subscription, but it says I have not.



  • I bought and paid the 1 year subscription, received email and sms that payment is done.

    I log in with either email or username..

    Push the 1 hour .. and it says "up grade to premium"... But I just did??

    And it can't find any subscription if I try to restore buys.

    What to do. Username KERDK

    On which platform are you subscribed? App Store, Google Play, or via desktop. The restoration process has to be followed on the platform you originally made a purchase. Check the manual: https://community.windy.com/topic/11832/what-to-do-if-you-can-t-access-your-windy-premium-features

    If the restoration fails, please, let me know in which step it failed and if there was an error message, what version of Android, application (found in Menu, when you scroll down), and device you have
