Forecast model update notification

Hello all,

Is there any way to have a notification (android or chrome) for when a forecast model (say ECMWF) has just been updated? I would love this feature as sometimes updates are a bit late and I have to come back later to check the weather.

If you go the info page of each model, you will find exactly when the next update of the model will be :

Here I know that the next update of IFS (ECMWF) will happen at 8.57PM

I've noticed that these time predictions are often not very precise. Sometimes, the update arrives one hour after the prediciton. I was wondering if it was possible to get a notification when the update actually occurs.

So far, there is no notification that you could set up to let you know that the update is done. Maybe in the future,...
