After the last update, the widget on the screen disappeared. Why?

Hello @Narcis1979, how did the widget disappear? From the screen of the menu? We no longer have the smaller widget due to technical issues, maybe that is your case?

Hi @h3deraat, would you describe how it doesn't work? Is there any error message? What doesn't work – location, loading, etc.?

Can't add a screenshot from my GSM. -
My widget works, but it only shows 4 days since the last update. It used to show 5 days. Is this by design?

@petra-pik i noticed that when i push the settings button on the widget and select 'update widget' the widget works for a moment. When i am browsing or using other apes and i return to the home screen, the widgets are often empty again.

My widget is different from what it used to be. Before it showed 5 days. Now it shows only 3 days. Furthermore, it fails to update. Is shows that is updating in the upper right corner, but never stops. Only update if you click on "update widget".

Hello @hcmagliano we made some changes with the latest update. We are aware of the bug with the widget and working on it.

Hi @h3deraat, first we have to solve the bug, then there will be a new version of the application available on App Store and Google Play.

@Narcis1979 @h3deraat @hcmagliano, today we’ve released a new version of the application (26.1.6) which solves the widget issue.
Let me know in case the issue still persists.

My widget was empty too for a week or more. Now it's working again but I'm not able to set the correct location. In the widget setting it allows only you choose: "My Current Location" but it's actually showing the forecast of another place. Can someone help me please?

@BaldoP Hello, do you have any favorites saved in the app? Since widget will only allow you to choose different location from favorites.
