I just subscribed to Windy Pro and was wondering how to render my settings on my desktop. The system is asking me for a code via a medium called FactSpring, yet I never received a message from this medium.

On which platform you originally subscribed, in the application? When you try to open Windy in Private window and log in, do you see Premium features?

I would recommend clearing the local browser storage.
