Hi @ginoarper, would you describe your issue closer? On which platform you originally subscribed, in the application? When you try to open Windy in Private window and log in, do you see Premium features?
I would recommend clearing the local browser storage.

Did you buy Premium via FastSpring or mobile app store? Please let us know the email address used during the payment.

They informed me it may take a while due as this is an oversea website service purchase. Could you kindly check the order with FSPRG.NL or FastSpring at your end? thank you!
