      @扬帆001 Hello, I checked your order and the payment is marked as Pending. Could you please check with your bank? Maybe they are blocking the transaction.

          @korina thanks for letting me know. I have double checked with AliPay and my bank, the transaction has been gone through successfully. They informed me it may take a while due as this is an oversea website service purchase. Could you kindly check the order with FSPRG.NL or FastSpring at your end? thank you!

              @korina I wonder how to paid via Alipay on Fast spring, like @扬帆001 said? I only found 3 payment methods, which are credits card, PayPal and Amazon Pay.

                  @korina OK. It has taken 3 days after I paid on May 01. If it takes long time, i don' t know what to do next. Should i pay it again and cancel the previous order?I don't know.
                  Could we finish the deal in two days? Please help me.

                      But I can not restore the purchase by the order reference in the mailbox. Will the order reference be effective after the FastSpring confirm the payment?
