Windy Pro/ Premium from app to desktop

Hi
I just subscribed to Windy Pro and was wondering how to render my settings on my desktop. The system is asking me for a code via a medium called FactSpring, yet I never received a message from this medium.

Do you see premium features on the device you originally made a purchase on? You have to log in with your Windy account there and once it recognizes you as a premium user (little crown by your profile picture) you can then log in to another device of your choice.

The same happen to me. But nothing In my desktop i m not premiun in my cellphone yes. Please fix this bug

Are you sure you have paid your subscription to right guys?
There is fake russian Windy.app that cannibalizes our name. Our app has red logo and 5 times more functionality even in free mode.

Hi @ginoarper, would you describe your issue closer? On which platform you originally subscribed, in the application? When you try to open Windy in Private window and log in, do you see Premium features?
I would recommend clearing the local browser storage.

@ginoarper Hello, I unfortunately have no email from you, unless you are using a different email address than here. Furthermore, we could not find any purchase under GINOAR@ICLOUD.COM email. Did you buy Premium via FastSpring or mobile app store? Please let us know the email address used during the payment.
