Great app but does not work out of cell range ; which for me is most of the time while cruising on my boat .

It is not possible to use Windy offline because we don't own the data, we visualize it, so if we were giving it away as GRIB files, we would break the licensing agreements with our data providers.
You can make a screenshot of the forecast when you are leaving on your cruise. I know it is not the ideal solution, but you will be able to see the forecast.
