        Hello @HMF1 do you remember the name of the webcam?
        Also, don't forget to check the spam folder.

          hi petra, the camera’s name is Sorocaba, I’ve been looking at the spam box and I haven’t received anything so far, the remote access to the camera is correct

            @HMF1, I see that your webcam has been rejected. When I open the link it wats log in info. Have you set that when you were registering the webcam?
