I Cannot download maps on my Samsung GT-I9301I Android version 4 4.2 Chrome version 81.0.4044.138. I don't know why. How can I resolve the problem? Rosa

Hello @rosa_s, Android 4 isn't a supported version anymore. For the application to work properly, please, update to the newer version.
