And the pictures that you see on your screen are not a radar! ThIs pictures from Windy or from other apps are just a visualization of data provided by weather radars which are monitored by national weather services.
So it is absolutely normal to see the same issue on 2 apps because the data provides from the same radar network.

It seems that there is an issue with the radar that Windy uses to capture the data.
