It seems that there is an issue with the radar that Windy uses to capture the data.

how does another radar show an image very similar to this one? is it possible for two radars to break and show the same image? Ventusky image:

And the pictures that you see on your screen are not a radar! ThIs pictures from Windy or from other apps are just a visualization of data provided by weather radars which are monitored by national weather services.
So it is absolutely normal to see the same issue on 2 apps because the data provides from the same radar network.
