        Hallo I am very disappointed there for I yesterday pay the full year for premium service on my windy account and nothing happened. I have retry multiple times to log in into my account and nothing happens. Can you either sort this situation or well refund me the payment pls

          Tôi là một người dùng windy.com ở Việt Nam và xem tất cả các bài đăng của người dùng ở Việt Nam và tôi nghĩ các bạn, những người làm ra ứng dụng windy.com thì tôi xin nói các bạn cần nêu rõ ý là hai quần đảo Hoàng Sa và Trường Sa là của Việt Nam và cùng với nội dung ghi rõ rằng là Biển Đông (South Chinese sea) tên của biển đông ở nước ngoài, tôi cũng có ý kiến nói là chiều gió của windy.com có một chút vấn đề nhỏ nói là chiều gió hướng về châu Nam Cực là phía bắc(north) và ngược lại.
          Xin các người đã tạo ra windy.com có thể giúp và sửa lại các lỗi này. Xin cảm ơn

          I am a windy.com user in Vietnam and see all the posts of users in Vietnam and I think that you, the people who make the windy.com application, I would like to say you need to clearly state what you mean. The two archipelagos of Hoang Sa and Truong Sa belong to Vietnam and along with the content clearly stating that the South Chinese Sea is the name of the East Sea abroad, I also have the opinion that the wind direction of windy.com has a little problem is that the wind direction towards Antarctica is north and vice versa. Please the people who created windy.com can help and fix these errors. Thank you

            The wind direction in Windy is correct.
            A wind towards Antarctica is a North wind because it comes from the North.
            Same as a wind blowing towards the East is a West wind.
            On a weather map a North wind (displayed N or 0°) is symbolized by an arrow pointing South.
            It is the opposite of what a weather vane shows.

            This convention is used internationally for weather and navigation.

            No need to fix the wind direction in Windy.

                        So you never tried another weather model than the default model in Windy which is the ECMWF model.
                        You can change the weather model

                        • In the menu in the mobile app

                        The better granularity of the temperature map is probably more clear in mountain with high resolution models.

                        For example with AROME HD (1.3 km) in the Alps and with customised temperature color scale

                        For better temperature prediction I suggest that you try the Meteoblue model which is only available in the point forecast table.
                        It is quite good for temperature near the sea

                            ho fatto anche un cambio di email, ma nell'effettuare il cambio metodo di pagamento mi fa inserire la nuova email, mi rispondono di controllare la mia posta ma non arriva nessuna comunicazione da parte vostra

                                  If you have a KML or GPX file of the Philippine Area of Responsability (PAR) you can add it in Windy, only in the browser version.

                                      I need help from the customer support. I wanna dismiss my premium subscription but I do not receive the email containing the instructions to be followed to cancel it (I've been trying since this morning) My subscription is paid until the 18th of December so I need asap information about how to proceed.
