      ho fatto anche un cambio di email, ma nell'effettuare il cambio metodo di pagamento mi fa inserire la nuova email, mi rispondono di controllare la mia posta ma non arriva nessuna comunicazione da parte vostra

        @maurizio-boffa If you want to change any payment method or anything else, you need to access Fastspring subscription management with email maurizi*******@gruppoes.com.

            If you have a KML or GPX file of the Philippine Area of Responsability (PAR) you can add it in Windy, only in the browser version.

                I need help from the customer support. I wanna dismiss my premium subscription but I do not receive the email containing the instructions to be followed to cancel it (I've been trying since this morning) My subscription is paid until the 18th of December so I need asap information about how to proceed.

                    I forgot to cancel subscription and got charged today. Is there a chance to get refund? Payment was made through google play.

                            @Roland-von-Aesch To pair Premium, which was purchased in our browser version via Paddle, please follow these steps:

                            1. Go to the desktop and log in with your Windy account or create a new one, since the purchase of the Premium doesn’t automatically creates one.
                            2. Open the subscription offer window (e.g., click on the 1h forecast button in the detail of a specific location).
                            3. Click on 'Restore purchases'.
                            4. On the next page, insert the subscription Transaction code that you have in the invoice. The code starts with 'txn_'.

                                I am writing to ask about the availability of historical climatic data through your subscription plans. Specifically, I would like to know whether subscribing to your monthly or yearly plan would grant me access to daily data for specific cities in Pakistan from the year 2000 to 2024.

                                The variables I am particularly interested in are

                                1. Daily Rainfall (mm)
                                2. Daily Maximum Temperature (°C
                                3. Daily Minimum Temperature (°C)
                                4. Daily Relative Humidity (%) at 0000 & 1200 UT
                                5. Daily Wind Speed (knots) at 0000 & 1200 UTC
                                6. Daily Wind Direction (degrees) at 0000 & 1200 UTC
                                  Could you please let me know if such data is accessible through your subscription and, if so, in what format (e.g., downloadable CSV, API access, etc.)? I would also appreciate any details about the spatial and temporal resolution of the historical data.
