Hi,I am very disappointed, while I have paid the premium, subscription, I have no excess for what I paid. I just have the simple version. If you do not solve my problem, until today 14/03/23 I will report you to PayPal to request a refund.

Hello, i deleted my premium account 2-3 weeks ago but have been just charged for the next year.

Hi @Dawid-P, deletion of an account doesn't mean that the subscription will be canceled as well, since the subscription is managed by a third-party service(Google Play, Appstore or Fastspring).
Do you remember which service did you use for the purchase? You usually can get that info from the description of another side of that transaction. If you immediately let me know about this info and the purchase was made in the last two weeks, I could help you with a refund and cancellation.

@Dawid-P PayPal is only a provider of payment transaction, so the service needs to be one of the offered ones.
According to the refund of the payment, I can assist you as well, however I need to know the purchase provider. To help you with that, Google Play and AppStore are used when you purchase the subscription on your mobile devices, and Fastspring is used in our web app.

I have exactly the same issue - Have paid for Premium renewal then 3 months premium usage after paying for annual renewal Windy is now denying premium access.
"Restore purchases" does not recognise order no and reset password doesn't give a reset option.
I Really need to communicate with support but no option!
Does support even exist????

Hi! I subscribed premium through Google account. However, I would like to make new account at Windy. How I can do for it? Do I have to cancel the subscription of premium for my Google accounts first? If yes, is it possible to cancel without any cancellation fee?
