@junki Hi, it is not necessary to purchase two subscriptions. Our Premium is assigned to an account, so you can use it across devices.
I am able to handle the refund of purchases in browser via Fastspring and mobile purchases made on Google Play. If you want to get a refund from AppStore, you need to request it on your own on their end. All these options are available only within 14 days after the purchase, so please let me know as soon as possible.

Hi. I recently downloaded windy to my laptop. And paid for the subscription twice before I worked out how to get the upgrade onto the computer. How do I go about getting a refund on the second payment? Thanks.

Dear Sirs, I live 3000 miles from my folks in The Real Town Of Plainville. Windy[.]com has a blooper.
I have set an alert over the location but cannot mark it as a favorite OR use the search to locate the forcast.

@Louise-DiPaolo Hi, I am a bit confused now. Can you exactly say what location is problematic to be used in favorites or alerts? I saved both locations successfully, the first one as Plainville, the second one as New Bedford.
If you want different names for these locations, you can change the name in the favorite list.

Paid my Premium subscription for the year. Renewal day is August 2024.
and the application is not in Premium. Please fix the issue or I want my money back. -

@Enid-Rodriguez You will need to restore your purchase by following the steps below:
- Open the Windy.com app and log in with your account
- Open the subscription offer and click on “restore purchases.”
This action should assign the Premium to your account, and you can use it across your devices. If you meet any error please let us know.

@Ondřej-Šutera I can’t sign in restoring premium. Keeps telling me that my account is associated with premium, but I changed my email last time I had this situation. I am not going to pay again for an application when I paid the yearly fee already.
