@Enid-Rodriguez You will need to restore your purchase by following the steps below:
- Open the Windy.com app and log in with your account
- Open the subscription offer and click on “restore purchases.”
This action should assign the Premium to your account, and you can use it across your devices. If you meet any error please let us know.

@Ondřej-Šutera I can’t sign in restoring premium. Keeps telling me that my account is associated with premium, but I changed my email last time I had this situation. I am not going to pay again for an application when I paid the yearly fee already.

@Ondřej-Šutera I tried to sign in with the email address that is telling me is associated with my account, and I can’t because states that the account don’t exist 🤷🏻♀️

Iphone 14pro parou de funcionar os satélites e radares. Já desinstalei, e reinstalei o app e não funciona. Não aparece nada. só o Mapa.

@maycondanny What iOS version you have? However, I tested these layers on iPhone 14 PRO with iOS 17 and iPhone 12 with iOS 16 and both are okay.

Your subscription is already assigned to an account en****0@yahoo.com. Please log in with this account. If your subscription has been stolen, send us the invoice you received with your purchase at support@windy.com.When I login with that account says that the account doesn’t exist.

Hello. I'm using an iPhone 14 Pro with iOS 17. Windy is also updated. I've noticed that when I'm logged in with my Windy PRO account, this error occurs. When I open Windy on the same phone without being logged into Windy, the layers appear normally. I've attached a screenshot of the error. On my computer, I can log in without experiencing the issue that occurs on my phone.

Hello i am premium user of windy and i would like to add a route but when the route is imported the system directly converts the legs of the route into Great Circles instead of Ramp Lines. (See photo for your reference from waypoint 12 to waypoint 14).
How to convert route from Great Circle to Ramp Line.

Why do you want to plot a Rhumb line which is longer than the Great circle ? Just to keep a constant heading ? -

In some cases to avoid bad weather or for any other reason. It would be good to have an option (Rhumb Line or Grand Circle) when used for boat mode. -

As explained in the related post I mentionned, the workaround to draw a rhumb line is so easy. Just add some waypoints on a line directly on the Route planner.
Your trip is more than 4500 NM, and needs about 10 days at 20kt average speed. What type of boat do you sail on? -

Can I pay directly with PayPal and avoid Google?

@bluestdeep We outsource the purchase process to Google Play, AppStore and Fastspring. If you want to avoid using Google Play, I would recommend Fastspring, which is used in our desktop version in the browser.
