I have been on windy since it’s beginnings and forgot my password. Each time I try to reset it I do not get the email to do so. My original username was Tugboat51 and that is where I got charged for premium. Tugboat63 is a new registration just to login. Please transfer the premium to the new login as I have been charged for it. As an offshore Tug Captain I have used , advocated for and told many peers about windy over the years and would appreciate some help in this matter.

@Tugboat63 Windy Premium is linked to Tugboat63, not to Tugboat51 so you should be able to see Premium features on your device. If not, follow steps in this manual: https://community.windy.com/topic/11832/what-to-do-if-you-can-t-access-your-windy-premium-features.
You can tell you are a Premium user by crown icon by your profile picture.

I would like to cancel my subscription to windy premium immediately. I cannot see how I do this. Please advise

@andrea-locanto Hello, you should use the same login details as you used for logging in on desktop.

@windyjudi Hello, to cancel the subscription, you have to go to a platform you are originally subscribed to, we don’t have any control over these platforms:
