Wind direction obscured

In a recent update, when I view the “basic” 3-hour table on a 2016 iPhone SE, the wind direction is obscured by the red bar at the bottom with an X, 1 hour forecast, display as, FCST model.

This is probably because you have set UTC time in addition to the local time. That shifts the lines downward and hides the Wind direction line
