Model with one hour step

We are planning to purchase a subscription to API Professional.

Please help with a few questions:

1. What is the prediction step of the model GFS which we can get from API Professional? In the test version of the api, the step is 3 hours.
2. Is there a model with a forecasting step of 1 hour for the territory of Russia?
3. We would like to test API Professional. Can you give access to API Professional for 1 day?

We are a project it-team from Russia. Our goal is to predict the power of solar power plants.
