      I'm happy to subscribe and support this amazing site, but don't like the auto renewal feature. The query to FastSpring brings up an endless loop and is of no help. How can I change to a non-auto renewal status?

        If you subscribe to annual Windy Premium via FastSpring, you can cancel the auto-renewal right after the purchase, this means you will not be automatically charged at the next period.

          @Korina The cancellation method is not clear. DO I just remove my credit card? Why can't I toggle between auto and manual? FastSpring isn't a whole lot more help, aside form them managing my switch to manual. Why can't I do it?

            @Korina And - FastSpring keeps giving me the runaround and sends me to multiple e-mail addresses to answer a simple question. They are NOT easy to deal with !

              @Korina The same. Just subscribed and not able to delete the auto-renewal on Fast-Spring. It not gives me the option to delete the annual payment. And not give the option to delete credit card. Not fair not to inform during the purchase, not fair to create a not understandable way. Please, give us understandable "how to" instructions.

                Hello, FastSpring among majority of services only offers auto-renewal, but cancelling it is rather easy. All you need to do is click on "Manage Your Orders" in FS confirmation email, enter your email address and wait for the link to your admin interface. Then you can select your subscription and cancel the auto payment.

                      This is ridiculous! Agree with the other members, FAST SPRING is not the way for us to cancel our auto-renewal. I've tried to login with my email address and they have not sent anything in return for my password.

                      Auto renewal needs to be part of the app.

                      Anyway, if this auto renewals on mY CC, I will contest the charge and have it reversed. I will also refer VISA to this thread.

                        @jimstroh Hello, auto renewal can be cancelled in FS administration by clicking on "Cancel subscription"as you can see the screenshot above. All you need to do is to insert your email here - https://windy.onfastspring.com/account, once you do it, you will receive login link to your admin.
