Thunderstorm Forecast

Hi,
I love this weather program and the thunderstorm forecast is great.
But i have noticed something where there will be a forecast for a thunderstorm, but there will be no rain forecast for when there is meant to be a storm. And even sometimes the cloud cover rating is below 20%. Also on the day of the forecast there is no storm, rain or cloud.

I was thinking this might be an indication for a dry thunderstorm or dry lightning? Or does it mean there is large potential for a storm?

@Liam-pankhurst Hello, Thunderstorm layer shows number of lightnings per 1 km. It may be an indication of dry storm, it is good to compare it with Rain,Thunder layer.
